Is Network Marketing MLM The Ultimate Business Model?

network marketing MLMYes – network marketing MLM is the ultimate business model, and that statement is not made lightly. Skeptical? Good. Skeptical people make sound, logical decisions, so read on…

Many people see network marketing, or multi level marketing as a silly concept that is simply thrown around to fool gullible people into thinking they can become rich overnight. In reality, though, there is much more to it than meets the eye:

1. In any line of business, a certain percentage of the revenue generated is set aside for marketing and advertising.

In network marketing MLM, this is simply spent differently – instead of paying money to advertising companies, the money that would have been spent on advertising is now paid out to the clients who brought in new clients.

The result is that, instead of enriching the advertising companies, network marketing MLM companies empower their own customers to make money from an advertising budget that would have been spent on marketing anyway.

The result is that customers remain customers for longer, and they are motivated to bring in new customers.

2. There are virtually no limits to how much you can earn. In most network marketing MLM companies, the compensation plan is set up in such a way that you can literally grow your team as big as you want to.

The only limitation to how much you can earn, is how hard you are willing to work for it.

This is the true beauty of the business model – you can earn more than the person who brought you into the company if you work hard and smart enough. Now where would you get paid that way in any normal job or corporate payment structure?

3. Next, network marketing MLM allows you to start of with a very small capital investment, despite the fact that you can make a lot of money if you keep working at it. In most cases, all you need is the cost of your first month’s membership, or the cost of a start-up kit, and you are on your way.

If you do not have money to spend on marketing, you can still put in the effort and bring your prospects and customers in by personally connecting with them. As your income grows, you can expand your advertising budget to increase the growth of your team.

4. Lastly, multi level marketing does not require full-time commitment. In fact, just about everyone getting into network marketing MLM starts out part time (ok, housewives excluded), and only quit their day time jobs when they start generating good money.

In fact, there are many people with their own businesses who keep doing it part time – they wish to keep their businesses, but they want the additional income, and it also helps them to cope when business is bad.

Given these benefits, network Marketing MLM is the ultimate business model. After all, what other business can you start that requires very little money to start, allows you to do it part time, and still allows you to make it big if you keep working at it?

There is nothing else quite like it.
