Having a flexible MLM business system is very important if you want to hit it big in the industry. Many network marketers fail to accept that they are running a business. As such, they have no MLM business system in place, and simply “do things”. Sadly, this is the reason why so many people don’t make it in the industry. As a wise man once said: “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail”. Here’s why you need a flexible MLM business system: 1. You need a system to ensure everything gets done, and properly: It is very easy – in any type of business – to simply get caught up in that which needs to be done at the moment. That approach, however, means you are simply reacting to what is thrown your way, and there is no strategy. It also means that some tasks will inevitably not receive the attention they deserve. If you don’t have a specific list of tasks, priorities and schedules worked out, you are likely to witch back and forth between tasks, or – even worse – start omitting the one you don’t enjoy. In addition to that, you need to find the MLM lead generation methods that work best for you, and adapt each of these to suit your schedule, your personality and your goals. 2. Your MLM business system needs to be flexible: In network marketing, you are building a team of individuals. There is only one thing your team members definitely have in common – and that is the desire for a better life. Everything else is different. You will have a mixture of introverts and extroverts, self-doubting and goal-driven people, sales people and office clerks, professionals and housewives. The bottom line is this: What works for YOU will probably not work well for all of them. Some of them may be uncomfortable of that which you do for MLM lead generation, and others may be able to do it better. Some of them may have an aversion to making phone calls, while others may have trouble with the internet and its technical demands. At the end of the day, the success of your network marketing venture depends on how well your MLM business system is put together, and how well it can work for everyone in your team, regardless of who they are and what they are capable of. Think of it as having a “job manual” that you can offer to any new recruit. Whether he or she will apply the specifics of the system will depend on themselves, but it should provide them with the necessary know-how to run their new MLM business. Yes, some of them will be able to do some things better than you, and some of them may still struggle. But if you crafted your MLM business system well enough, it will improve the chances of success for many of your MLM recruits who have no prior experience, and even those who never learned how to work systematically. And we all know how much just one additional successful team member can be worth.
