Your MLM Presentation – Key Points to Remember
Firstly, try to see yourself through the eyes of your prospect. have you ever noted how experienced sales people (not only network marketers) try to make small talk before a presentation or sales pitch? It serves two purposes – firstly, it puts the prospect at ease because he or she believes you are interested in them (you are), and secondly it gives you important information. What is their life like? What kind of work does he or she do, and what do they hate about it most? Do they have children, and are they able to give those children everything they would like to give them? If money wasn’t an object, how would they live their lives? You can tailor your questions according to the situation and the individual – but the more you know, the more leverage you have available. For instance, if you know he or she would like to pay for their kids’ studies, and they are undecided at the end of the MLM presentation, you can use that fact to add weight to the decision – because the longer they wait to start gathering money, the harder it will be. With what you offer, they can even do it without debt. Find out what matters to them – and use as much of it as you need to. Remember to not only use this info in your MLM presentation, but also afterwards when they are promoting – if he or she is not as active as you believe they could be. Secondly, know everything there is to know – about the products, the company, the compensation plan, and all of the available marketing tools. The more you know, the easier it will be to allay any concerns they may have. In addition to that, the more precise you are with the answers you provide to their questions, the easier it will be for them to trust you when they have to make the choice. The more confident you are, the easier it will be for people to trust you, and believe in what you have to offer. Lastly, no matter how good your MLM presentation seems to be (to you), always remember that people make choices based on emotion. We make choices because we want to, and then we try to justify it afterwards with logic. For instance – you want to buy a luxury German car. You want it because you want it – but you will try to justify it to yourself by saying things like “it is a brilliant car”, “it is incredibly safe”, “it is extremely reliable”, etc. As such, focus on what the prospects want out of life. What are the benefits? How would your product(s) and the opportunity change their lives? Always remember the sales person’s magic phrase: WIIFM – or “what’s in it for me?” That’s how your prospect views your MLM presentation. At the end of the day, the product(s) and or opportunity you offer, has to carry enough “value” (from their perspective) to now only make them spend money on it, but also to invest their time and effort into it. To do that, focus on what they WANT – and show them how joining YOU can make it happen for them.If you enjoyed this post on MLM Presentation – How To Get MORE New Signups, retweet and comment please
